Job Summary And Responsibilities

As our Director Nursing ICU y Medical Center you will direct the operations of our 24 bed medical / surgical ICU, and respiratory care services. You will also oversee our on-site contracted dialysis services. In this role you will lead upwards of 150 staff to ensure we maintain high standards of patient care in a fast‑paced environment. You will work with the executive leadership team, Departmental Directors, Nurse Manager ICU, and Respiratory Supervisor on key strategies and initiatives.

We are looking for an experienced manager/director, with a track record of success overseeing critical care / ICU services. To thrive in this role, you must be competent and confident, with excellent communication skills one‑on‑one and in front of groups. • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (e.g. BSN) or equivalent education and experience and Master's degree in nursing or other‑related field (e.g., MSN/MBA/MHA) required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience required.
• Minimum two (2) years of leadership experience required.

• Registered Nursing License (RN) in CA required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
