Alaska, Arizona, Oregon, Washington, California, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Nebraska, Iowa, Wisconsin, Kansas, Alabama, Texas, South Carolina, and Tennessee.

Duties
  • Effectively screens/evaluates patients within short‑term and long‑term rehab and outpatient settings
  • Utilizes standardized assessments and evidence‑based practice to support clinical interventions
  • Provides rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients within short and long‑term settings
  • Administers a wide variety of interventions per the plan of care based on individual patient needs
  • Assesses patient progress and adjusts treatments accordingly in the clinical record per regulatory and clinical practice requirements
  • Provides consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to speech disorders
  • Effectively communicates with the One Clinical Team regarding patient progress and barriers
  • Provides comprehensive discharge summary of services provided per regulatory and clinical requirements
Qualifications

Licensed Speech‑Language Pathologist.

This position is open to SLPs at all experience levels.
