What would this role do?The Clinical Supervisor is the lead position in guiding the professional growth of our team, from clinician skill development to leadership enrichment. Through strategic programs and initiatives, this position provides support, guidance, direction, and supervision to assigned clinical staff.

- Carry and manage a clinical caseload, ensuring 85% service delivery and providing on‑site supervision.
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Monitor client progress and outcomes through ongoing assessment and data‑based program adjustments.
- Supervise and develop clinical staff, providing training, consultation, and performance evaluations.
- Lead Clinical Care Teams by facilitating meetings, developing utilization action plans, and collaborating with caregivers.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies.
- Support business and organizational goals by monitoring key performance indicators and contributing to policy and quality assurance.
- Minimum of 2 years BCBA (or equivalent) supervision experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience.
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Master’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Bachelor’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Implement client behavior plans across skill levels and service delivery settings.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent clinical and leadership skills.
- Fluency with Microsoft Office programs.
- Self‑motivated, responsible, honest, articulate, and excellent time management.
- Professional demeanor, well‑organized, and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills with clients, families, and agency staff.
- Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development.
