What You’ll Do

Report Results & Drive Insights

• Own topline KPI reporting and analysis for weekly management meetings
• Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and quarterly board packages for investors.
• Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders

Forecast the Future

• Analyze product lines, customer segments, and business units to understand performance drivers and forecast results
• Build and refine financial models aligned with US-based revenue, cost structures, and business operations
• Support the development of business cases for new initiatives, product launches, and acquisitions

Create Value & Improve Performance

• Identify opportunities for margin improvement through pricing strategies and cost efficiencies
• Define, refine, and track KPIs that drive operational and financial performance
• Benchmark company performance against industry peers and competitors
• Leverage data and systems to recommend improvements to internal processes and decision-making

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, management accounting, or consulting in a fast-paced environment
• US Finance Knowledge: Working knowledge of US GAAP fundamentals, including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow relationships.
• Working knowledge of US-based accounting principles.

  Skills:
  
  Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Systems & Data: Experience extracting and structuring data from systems such as Quick Books, Salesforce, or similar platforms
• Communication: Ability to clearly explain financial insights to US-based stakeholders across time zones
• Mindset: Strong analytical curiosity, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment
• Bonus: Experience with SaaS, recurring revenue, or subscription-based business models

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Qualification:
  
  Chartered Accountant (CA) — mandatory.

The starting salary range for this role is 11-13.5 Lakhs + Bonus, depending on experience and qualifications, reflecting our dedication to competitive industry compensation. Additional details about our Total Rewards package will be shared during the recruitment process.
