Senior Finance Manager

The Senior Finance Manager provides strategic financial leadership and oversight to drive long-term fiscal health and organizational growth. This role is responsible for aligning financial strategies with overall corporate objectives, providing high-level data-driven insights, and sophisticated analysis to support executive decision-making. The Director acts as a senior advisor, ensuring that financial resources are managed effectively to achieve sustainable performance.

• Lead the development of long-range financial plans, annual budgets, and rolling forecasts to guide organizational performance.
• Conduct scenario modeling and feasibility studies to evaluate new business initiatives and strategic investments.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against core business goals.
• Perform comprehensive analysis of financial results to identify operational risks and opportunities for margin improvement.
• Oversee the preparation of high-level financial reports, providing clear commentary on business trends and performance.
• Present financial findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify and implement standardized financial processes and systems to increase efficiency and data transparency.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the accuracy and speed of financial decision-making.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Economics;
  MBA or Master’s in Finance is highly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with significant time in a senior leadership role within a multi-unit or complex corporate environment.
• Strong experience with ERP systems
• Expert proficiency in financial modeling and data visualization tools ( Power BI and Tableau ) ?
• Ability to translate complex data into a cohesive vision for growth.
• Proven track record of partnering with cross‑functional leaders to drive change and achieve results.
