Controller, Finance & Banking, Financial Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Controller to oversee the company’s accounting function. Reporting to the divisional CFO, the Controller will oversee a team of 10+. This role will ensure the integrity of financial statements, support strategic decision-making, and lead the finance team in maintaining best-in-class accounting practices.

• Oversee all accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and fixed assets.
• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, including consolidated financial statements for multiple entities.
• Manage private equity reporting and investor reporting
• Assist the FP&A team with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and support external audits and tax filings.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop the accounting team.
• Implement and maintain financial controls and operational efficiencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
  Master’s degree a plus.
• CPA preferred
• Public accounting experience preferred
• Private Equity-backed company experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, accounting principles, and financial reporting standards.
• Experience leading the monthly close process
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.

$175K - $205K + Bonus, $205,000 per year.
