The Manufacturing team owns all process development, fabrication strategy, and production equipment for Terran R, our next-generation, reusable rocket. The team has a wide variety of responsibilities – from factory floor layout to developing complex tooling for novel processes, and interfacing with our vehicle engineering team to influence the design of the rocket.

This is a 2nd shift position with a standard schedule of 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM PT, Monday through Friday. The role includes a 10% shift differential added to the base pay. The baseline expectation is a 50-hour workweek, which may include occasional overtime as needed to meet operational goals.

• The Integration Technician will assemble, test, and install components and systems of flight hardware with the highest quality.
• The role requires technical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of aerospace processes.
• Operate in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment to build and install flight hardware.
• Collaborate with the production team, integration engineers, and quality team to build, develop, and document job operations.
• Primary focus: assembly, installation, and testing of flight hardware through development and production of Terran R.

• 4+ years of aerospace mechanical experience or related field.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced production environment handling flight hardware and performing critical operations.
• Wide range of technical skills: fastener/torque applications, secondary retention, testing, avionics familiarity, bonding operations.
• Effective verbal and written communication with engineering and production.
• Ability to set up and operate hand and pneumatic tools along with calibrated tools and measuring devices.
• Must be able to climb ladders and work comfortably in tight spaces.

• FAA Airframe and Power Plant license.
• Electromechanical build proficiency.
• Familiarity with propulsion systems and components.

Hiring Range: $35.25 – $45.65 USD. Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
