Program Manager is responsible for multiple programs, in both development and production phases. This critical role is part of the management team in a dynamic engineering and manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities- Responsible for tracking, reporting, and managing the overall program schedule as well as activities in the customer's statement of work.
- Effectively communicates program schedule/developments to the customer utilizing strong communication and organization skills.
- Manages multiple programs and successfully drives critical path items to completion by advocating for the customer across internal departments.
- Works with internal teams to ensure schedule clarity and alignment.
- Communicates actions needed to support the schedules. Identifies blockers and suggests solutions.
- Work with engineering, operations and management to plan timing of new product introductions.
This position falls into a pay range of $ and $. Pay will be determined based on education and experience. Bonus potential TBD.

- Available to support multiple shifts and work extended hours as needed.
- Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in mechanical engineering from a four‑year college or university and 5+ years related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project.
- Proficient with MS Office or Google Workspace applications.
- U.S. Person, as defined by ITAR/EAR regulations.
- Degree in engineering or related fields, and experience with technical products.
- 5+ years of practical experience in manufacturing, especially in a high‑mix environment.
- Skilled with spreadsheets and project management software.
- Knowledge of the aerospace industry.
