Pre-K Co-Teacher

We are seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and creative Co-Pre K Teacher to join our dynamic teaching team. In this role, you’ll work alongside a fellow teacher to plan and implement a rich and engaging curriculum that supports the whole-child development of 4–5-year-olds. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic educator who thrives in a team setting, communicates effectively with families, and is committed to fostering a positive classroom culture.

• Co-lead a Pre-K classroom, promoting a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
• Collaborate on lesson plans with colleagues and that align with developmental milestones and school standards.
• Facilitate play-based and structured learning experiences across core developmental areas.
• Observe, document, and assess children’s progress and adjust instruction as needed.
• Build strong, positive relationships with children and their families.
• Support the emotional and social development of each child through consistent modeling and guidance.
• Maintain classroom cleanliness, safety, and organization in accordance with licensing and school policies.
• Attend staff meetings, parent conferences, and professional development workshops.

• Minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education (ECE) units (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in an early childhood or Pre-K classroom setting.
• CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Strong classroom management and collaborative teaching skills.
• Passion for early childhood education and a deep understanding of child development.
• Excellent communication skills and a nurturing, team-oriented mindset.
• Must have a Livescan background clearance
