Overview
We are seeking a qualified Podiatrist to join our team in Chicago, IL
, providing routine and referral podiatric care to Skilled Nursing residents.
- Examines patients’ legs and feet to diagnose diseases and care needs.
- Treats bone, muscle, and joint disorders of the feet and ankles.
- Performs wound care management and diagnoses foot and ankle conditions using medical histories, exams, x-rays, and lab tests.
- Prescribes medications, corrective devices, physical therapy, or surgery as needed.
- Advises patients on treatment plans and preventive foot and ankle care.
- Provides education and consultation to patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Maintains accurate medical records and updates them routinely.
The position offers full-time or part-time options, with compensation based on a percentage of revenue, allowing higher earnings with increased caseload.
BenefitsBenefits include a flexible schedule and in-person work. Salary ranges from $70,000 to $130,000 annually
