Seeking a compassionate, Spanish-speaking Part‑Time Pediatrician to provide primary care for children in a community health setting in Long Beach, CA.
- Deliver comprehensive pediatric services including exams, immunizations, and developmental screenings.
- Diagnose and manage pediatric conditions following current guidelines.
- Educate families on health, nutrition, and safety.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic care.
- Maintain accurate EHR documentation and participate in quality improvement activities.
- Support after‑hours care and adhere to regulations.
- Provide supervision and review medical records of mid‑level providers.
- Be available for clinical questions and promote professional development.
Requirements include MD/DO, California licensure, board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics, and bilingual Spanish skills. Preferred experience in outpatient/community settings and familiarity with FQHC operations. The role offers $125-$145/hr, 16-24 hours/week, benefits, and requires onsite work every other Saturday.
