Schedule: Full-time;
In-Office;
Monday–Friday

Compensation: $122k – $160k annually DOE

Role Overview

We are seeking a confident and motivated Physician Assistant (PA-C) with recent experience in interventional pain management. This position involves both clinic-based patient care and support with interventional procedures, as well as periodic travel to satellite offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct patient assessments, follow-ups, and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Manage medication regimens, including controlled substances within scope
  • Assist with procedures such as shockwave therapy, trigger point injections, nerve blocks, joint injections, and PRP therapy
  • Review and interpret imaging (MRI, X-ray) in collaboration with supervising physician
  • Document thoroughly in EMR (Advanced

    MD preferred)
  • Compassionately educate patients on pain management and regenerative treatment options
Qualifications
  • Active California PA license and NCCPA certification required
  • Minimum 1 year of recent pain management clinic experience
  • Proficient knowledge of interventional pain procedures and medications
  • Familiarity with regenerative medicine (PRP, stem cell) preferred
  • Proficiency with EMR systems (Advanced

    MD a plus)
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient care skills
  • Ability to work both independently and under physician supervision
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Experience with personal injury or workers’ comp cases preferred
