This client is actively recruiting multiple locums to ensure steady coverage and is open to premium rates for candidates able to offer consistent availability and recent high-acuity experience.

• Setting: Level IV NICU

• Shift Structure:

  • Weekday Shifts:
    
    • M F 8am 4pm (Day Shift)
    
    • M F 3pm 9am (Night Shift)
    
    • M F 24-Hour Shift (Combined)

  • Weekend Shifts:
    
    • Fri 3pm Sat 9am
    
    • Sat 9am Sun 9am
    
    • Sun 9am Mon 9am

• Coverage Type: In-House Only

• High-Acuity NICU Team-Based Model

• Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Neonatology

• Active California Medical License

• Recent Clinical Experience (within past 12 months)

• Level IV NICU Experience
