Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Neonatologist (MD/DO) for a permanent opportunity in Long Beach, California. This position offers the chance to join a collaborative NICU team in a state-of-the-art facility providing advanced neonatal care to a diverse patient population.

Permanent MD/DO Neonatologist

Location:

Long Beach, California

Key Responsibilities:

Manage care for critically ill and premature newborns in a Level III/IV NICUAttend high-risk deliveries and provide neonatal resuscitation and stabilization

Perform necessary neonatal procedures including intubation, central line placement, and ventilator management

Collaborate with OB/GYNs, pediatricians, specialists, and NICU nursing staff

Participate in family counseling, quality improvement, and education initiatives

Qualifications:

Board-certified or board-eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine Active or eligible California medical license

NRP certification required

Strong clinical skills with a commitment to evidence-based neonatal care Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
