• Call:
  As a group, they decide who takes call and which hospitals to contract with. Weekend call is only for your own patients, and they cover each other when one is out
• Call income is paid directly to physician, meaning it does not get distributed through the practice
• Compensation: potential to take home nearly $1M annually by year 3
• Opportunities for to invest in ancillary income revenue sources, such as Litho and an ASC

• Schedule is M-F, 8–5
• Evenings and weekends protected except when on call
• Phone rarely rings after 6pm, weekend calls only for your patients
