Alliance for Wellness is a well-established physician founded and physician‑led psychiatric group serving Southern California since 2010.

We are currently seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatrist to join our diverse and seasoned group of Board-Certified Providers to support our Long Beach, CA partners.

Responsibilities:

• Provide in‑patient psychiatric care, rounding in‑person with support from a multi‑disciplinary team of Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners
• Provide collaborative and efficient patient care by utilizing the hospital EMR.
• Availability to provide telehealth services, treating patients via video/phone.
• Equipped to manage all aspects of psychiatric care consults, psychiatric holds, discharge disposition, etc.

Position Details and

Qualifications:

• Will be supporting Long Beach, CA.
• Mixed of outpatient, SNF, Oversee FNP and 95% NP will do the work but okay to see patients if interested.
• Full‑time opportunity.
• Minimum of 1 year experience required.
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday. No weekends and no night calls.
• Can do research at least 2‑3 days for 1‑2 hours each day.
• The starting salary is $275‑$450K depending on the number of patients.
