About Us: We are a fast-paced experiential marketing agency based in Long Beach, CA. We create immersive brand environments and manage everything from concept to installation. We’re currently looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to support an upcoming project. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in administrative coordination while also understanding design, vendors, onsite execution and sourcing.
Role OverviewThis individual will support and help oversee the design and installation of a 3,328 sq. ft. client office space. While this role includes strong administrative responsibilities, it also requires knowledge of interior design concepts, measurements, renderings, and vendor coordination. You’ll serve as the central communication point between the client, internal teams, fabrication partners, and multiple vendors to ensure timelines, budgets, and design direction are aligned.
WhatYou’ll Be Responsible For
- Provide high-level administrative support for project coordination
- Assist in overseeing client office remodel and onsite installation
- Interpret renderings, layouts, and measurements accurately
- Manage and coordinate multiple vendors simultaneously
- Source furniture, fixtures, and finishes aligned with approved design direction and budget
- Act as liaison between client and internal teams
- Maintain consistent communication regarding timelines, deliverables, and challenges
- Coordinate closely with in-house fabrication teams on custom pieces
- Track budgets, purchase orders, and vendor payments
- Support installation scheduling and onsite logistics
- Experience or knowledge in interior design, space planning, or commercial remodeling
- Ability to read and understand renderings, floor plans, and measurements
- Experience managing vendors and cross-functional teams at the same time
- Knowledge of sourcing furniture, fixtures, and finishes within budget constraints
- Experience overseeing onsite installation
- Highly organized with strong communication skills
- Solution-oriented and proactive when challenges arise
- Must be local to Long Beach, CA
$30-$32 HR DOE
