Overview: everywhere is looking for an experienced leader to serve as Experience Manager and lead our upcoming Long Beach taproom, ensuring smooth daily operations, exceptional customer experiences, and alignment with the company’s vision.
The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with a strong background in hospitality, a passion for craft beer, and the ability to manage both front‑of‑house operations and external relationships. This role will work closely with the founders and key team members to bring the everywhere experience to Long Beach while maintaining a deep connection to the core brewery operations in Orange.
TaproomOperations & Leadership
- Oversee daily operations of the Long Beach taproom, ensuring a seamless, high‑quality guest experience.
- Lead, train, and mentor the FOH team, fostering a collaborative and guest‑focused work environment.
- Ensure staffing levels align with business demands while keeping labor costs efficient.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant taproom environment.
- Implement best‑in‑class merchandising for beer and retail displays.
- Monitor and uphold alcohol service laws and safety regulations.
- In partnership with the founders and Operations Manager, coordinate shipments of beer and merchandise from the Orange brewery to the Long Beach taproom.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability without overstocking.
- Work closely with the events manager to plan and execute activations in the taproom and local market.
- Ensure that special events, beer releases, and collaborations align with everywhere’s brand and community engagement goals.
- Maintain and track the taproom’s annual budget, including labor, inventory, and operational expenses.
- Ensure inventory counts are accurate and completed within 7 days of month‑end.
- Regularly review sales performance and key business metrics to optimize operations.
- At least 21 years old
- 3+ years of hospitality or taproom management experience
- Experience managing teams, inventory, budgets, and logistics
- Passion for craft beer, with draft system knowledge (Cicerone certification is a plus)
- Strong relationship‑building skills for external account management
- Experience with POS systems (Toast), inventory software, and Google Suite
- Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Certifications (or willingness to obtain within 90 days):
- Responsible Beverage Server (RBS) Training
- Anti‑Harassment Conduct Training
- Salary: DOE up to $75,000 annually (+ up to $5,000 performance‑based bonus)
