Responsibilities

• Order processing & data entry once related Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) data are verified & adjusted
• Coordinate with IRC sales and IT teams to resolve order processing issues

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
• Capable of working with minimal supervision and able to self‑manage and prioritize daily tasks
• Excellent communicator and open‑minded about learning new things
• Detail‑oriented and self‑motivated with strong ability to organize information and multi‑task
• Team player with logical approach to data and strong problemולה-solving skills
• Experience/knowledge in international trade/logistics a plus

Educational Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
