Your Role
The Application Services team plays a critical role in enhancing customer and technical collaboration while delivering all application development through a Platform and Technology Product Operating Model. The Executive Assistant, Experienced will report to the VP of Applications Payer Systems. In this role you will fully support the VP of Applications Payer Systems and provide limited support to the direct leadership team.

Your Knowledge and Experience- Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Requires at least 3 years of prior relevant experience
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite - including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Copilot is required
- Intermediate knowledge of Lucid Charts is preferred, and familiarity with Planview, SharePoint, Service Marketplace, Concur, Ulti Pro, and Jira is a plus
- Ability to demonstrate flexibility, resilience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously
This role requires employees to be in-office based on our hybrid workplace model, balancing purposeful in-person collaboration with flexibility. For most teams, this means coming into the office two days each week.
Employees living more than 50 miles from an office location will work with their manager to determine in-office time based on business need.
