Job SummaryThe Office Operations Coordinator serves as the primary on‑site operational and administrative support for the Division of University Relations & Development, ensuring efficient front‑office operations, workspace readiness, and day‑to‑day administrative functions. The position provides hands‑on coordination of facilities, meetings, travel/staff reimbursements, administrative support to senior leadership, and division support services to maintain a safe, organized, and effective work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary on‑site administrative support for University Relations & Development by coordinating daily operations, workspace readiness, parking, mail and deliveries, office equipment and supplies, and providing support for meetings, and luncheons including setup, food pickup, troubleshooting, and breakdown.
- Support fiscal operations including but limited to coordinating statewide and local travel and process travel, hospitality, gift, and staff reimbursement requests in compliance with CSU policies, reviewing documentation for accuracy prior to Assistant Vice President approval.
- Provide administrative support to senior leadership.
- Coordinate division‑wide space and facilities activities, including office moves, remodels, furniture and equipment purchases, work orders, and urgent on‑site issue response in collaboration with campus partners.

Time Base1.0 time‑base, 40 hours per week.
Duration of AppointmentThis is a temporary position for 1 year with no permanent status granted. Temporary assignments may expire prior to the ending date.
Classification CompensationSalary placement is determined by the education, experience, and qualifications the candidate brings to the position, internal equity, and the hiring department’s fiscal resources.
- Hiring Range:
The hiring range for this position is $4,047 (Step
1) - $4,837 (Step 10) per month commensurate with candidate's education, experience, skills, and training. - CSU Classification Salary Range:
The CSU Classification Salary Range for this position is $4,047 (Step
1) - $5,896 (Step 20) per month.
