We are seeking an experienced Mailroom Coordinator.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Administer and oversee office/facility management including office supply management, security systems (alarm, locks, keys, etc.), facility repairs and maintenance, and mail processing functions.
  • Coordinate and prioritize print production requests and print specifications.
  • Utilize computer and other automated programs, systems, and equipment to perform duties and responsibilities.
  • Review all documents prior to delivery to printers for accuracy and format.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, sorting materials for accurate and proper outgoing member, group, and provider informational packages.
  • Work with outside vendors for facility repair and maintenance requirements and deliverables.
  • Resolve day-to-day equipment problems and coordinate with stakeholders to obtain solutions.
  • Organize and maintain an up-to-date work log and other tracking documents and reports.
  • Monitor inventory, place orders for office supplies, and manage inventory tracking.
  • Support other departmental staff and management with special projects as directed and assigned.
  • Perform any and all additional duties required for this position.
Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience in a mail processing or facilities management role.
Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
