Pay range: $25-30 p/h
Our aerospace client is seeking a Temporary Accounts Payable Specialist to support their fast‑paced finance team. This role is responsible for processing mid‑ to high‑volume operating and manufacturing invoices, ensuring accurate weekly payment runs, and maintaining strong vendor relationships. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, flexible, and thrives in a dynamic, deadline‑driven environment. Lunch and snacks provided!!

Key Responsibilities

• Process operating and manufacturing invoices within the company’s ERP system.
• Execute weekly check runs including ACH, wire transfers, and live checks.
• Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on discrepancies.
• Review weekly A/P aging reports to identify missed or upcoming payments.
• Maintain accuracy and compliance within a mid‑ to high‑volume AP workflow.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with procurement, operations, and finance as needed.

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of full‑cycle Accounts Payable experience using a robust ERP system (beyond Quick Books).
• Exceptional attention to detail with a flexible, adaptable mindset.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to create pivot tables and perform VLOOKUPs.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or economics - preferred
