Job Responsibilities:
- Keep accurate financial records by recording m onthly journal entries and organizing business transactions.
- Ensure ledgers are balanced and accurate by reconciling accounts.
- Generate reports showing receipts, expenditures, accounts receivable invoices, and accounts payable reconciling.
- Adhere to established bookkeeping procedures within the organization and compliance.
- Handle invoices, payments, and collections.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance preferred.
- 3-5 years accounting or related field.
- Proficient in Quick Books and MS Office (Excel)
- Analyzed Financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, areas for improvement experience.
- Handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of payroll processing, including tax calculations and compliance.
