Tax Preparer

Description A CPA office in Long Beach providing tax, bookkeeping, and payroll services to a variety of businesses is seeking an individual with recent tax experience for a permanent position. This role supports tax preparation, accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll functions while working closely with management, staff, and clients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while also being able to complete tasks independently.

In person (Long Beach) Requirements Qualifications Tax preparation knowledge and hands-on experience CTEC license preferred Accounting and bookkeeping knowledge Experience working with Quick Books Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook Strong attention to detail and accuracy Organized, dependable, and punctual with reliable attendance Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Able to complete assigned daily tasks independently Strong communication skills with management, staff, and clients Understanding of confidentiality and ability to maintain privacy of sensitive information At least one year of tax experience preferred
