• Salary up to $100k +

Your Framework:

• Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries
• Perform job costing and track project budgets, expenses, and profitability
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations
• Collaborate with project managers and estimators to ensure accurate financial tracking
• Manage subcontractor payments and lien releases
• Handle vendor invoicing and payment processing
• Support year‑end audit and tax preparation

Your Blueprint to Success:

• Reside in Long Beach or surrounding area preferrable
• Proven experience as a bookkeeper in the construction industry
• Strong proficiency in BIS Software is highly preferred
• Solid understanding of job costing and construction accounting principles
• Proficiency in Quick Books and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
