Position Description

Infinity is seeking a successful and driven sales professional to serve as the customer-facing extension of our luxury brand. This individual will guide a discerning clientele through a highly personalized home-buying journey, delivering a consultative experience from first introduction through contract and beyond.

This role is ideal for a highly motivated sales professional who values success, understands luxury buyers, and takes pride in representing a premium brand with integrity and sophistication.

  • Serve as both a product expert and trusted advisor to prospective buyers throughout the luxury home-buying process
  • Welcome clients into model homes and private appointments with enthusiasm, discretion, and professionalism
  • Present Infinity’s model homes, architecture, finishes, and lifestyle vision with confidence and fluency
  • Cultivate meaningful relationships with buyers, real estate brokers, lenders and referral partners
  • Guide clients through pricing, homesite selection, options, contracts, and timelines with precision
  • Coordinate closely with design, construction, and leadership teams to ensure open communication and a seamless experience
  • Maintain detailed and accurate prospect and client records within CRM systems
  • Proactively follow up with prospects and brokers to nurture long-term engagement
  • Represent the Infinity Properties brand at broker events, private showings, and marketing initiatives
  • Create and initiate new marketing and promotional ideas and strategies, including social media
  • Remain informed on luxury market trends and competitive offerings in the Denver metro area
Minimum Qualifications
  • A track record of sales success, preferably with 5+ years of new home, luxury residential, or other high-end sales experience
  • Proven ability to connect with sophisticated buyers and close high-value transactions
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a refined, professional presence
  • Comfort working independently while collaborating with a close-knit internal team
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and digital sales tools
