Sales Consultant (Showroom / Walk-In Customers)

Job Summary

Bozarth Chevrolet is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our award-winning team. In this role, you’ll work face-to-face with guests who visit our showroom—helping them find the right new or pre-owned vehicle, guiding them through test drives, and providing a world-class buying experience from first handshake to final delivery.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging directly with customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in helping people drive home happy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet every customer promptly and professionally upon arrival to the showroom
  • Build rapport and uncover customer needs through active listening and product knowledge
  • Conduct in-depth vehicle presentations and test drives
  • Follow the Bozarth Chevrolet sales process to ensure a smooth, customer-first experience
  • Collaborate with managers, finance, and service departments to complete vehicle deliveries
  • Maintain product and inventory knowledge across all Chevrolet models
  • Stay informed on manufacturer incentives, dealership promotions, and competitive offerings
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Log all customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM to ensure accurate tracking and communication
Qualifications
  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to dealership processes and technologies
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
