General Position Summary
  • Produce sales gains by delivering outstanding customer service.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities
  • Produce sales gains by providing customer service.
  • Meet or exceed company objectives in all individual statistics.
  • Document and provide feedback on associates’ sales performance, aligning with company objectives.
  • Adhere to visual guidelines, proper merchandising, signage, and store cleanliness.
  • Maintain a professional appearance consistent with dress code policy.
Control Expenses
  • Protect company assets within LIDS Retail policy guidelines.
  • Assist in preparing store schedules that provide proper store coverage within wage control guidelines.
  • Accurately manage store inventory, including receiving, transferring, completing price changes, and conducting product counts.
  • Perform proper documentation and record keeping per LIDS Retail policies and state and federal laws.
  • Open and close the store following procedures per the Operations P&P Manual.
  • Support and adhere to all LIDS policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Additional Principal Duties and Responsibilities
  • Participate in LIDS training programs, adhere to sales and task goals, and follow up regularly.
  • Recruit and train store personnel on proper store operations and procedures.
  • Encourage store associates’ compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines, including safekeeping of inventory, funds, and property.
  • Perform delegated supervisory tasks as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Job Required Knowledge & Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent plus one year of related experience.
  • Ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient computer operation and familiarity with related software programs.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb a ladder.
  • Standing required for 100% of the work time.
  • Ability to work unsupervised.
Preferred Job Required Knowledge & Skills

Assistant Store Managers can earn up to 25% above local minimum wage based on experience. Exact compensation may vary by skills, experience, and location. Assistant Store Managers PT are also available for monthly store sales bonuses and a 40% employee discount.

  • Store Manager

For Colorado-based roles:
Annual pay ranges may fall between $38,044 – $58,656. You may also be offered a bonus and other benefits.
