General Position Summary- Produce sales gains by delivering outstanding customer service.

- Adhere to visual guidelines, proper merchandising, signage, and store cleanliness.
- Maintain a professional appearance consistent with dress code policy.

- Adhere to visual guidelines, proper merchandising, signage, and store cleanliness.
- Maintain a professional appearance consistent with dress code policy.
- Protect company assets within LIDS Retail policy guidelines.
- Assist in preparing store schedules that provide proper store coverage within wage control guidelines.
- Accurately manage store inventory, including receiving, transferring, completing price changes, and conducting product counts.
- Perform proper documentation and record keeping per LIDS Retail policies and state and federal laws.
- Open and close the store following procedures per the Operations P&P Manual.
- Support and adhere to all LIDS policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Participate in LIDS training programs, adhere to sales and task goals, and follow up regularly.
- Recruit and train store personnel on proper store operations and procedures.
- Encourage store associates’ compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines, including safekeeping of inventory, funds, and property.
- Perform delegated supervisory tasks as needed.
- Communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent plus one year of related experience.
- Ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient computer operation and familiarity with related software programs.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb a ladder.
- Standing required for 100% of the work time.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
Assistant Store Managers can earn up to 25% above local minimum wage based on experience. Exact compensation may vary by skills, experience, and location. Assistant Store Managers PT are also available for monthly store sales bonuses and a 40% employee discount.
Reports To- Store Manager
For Colorado-based roles:
Annual pay ranges may fall between $38,044 – $58,656. You may also be offered a bonus and other benefits.
