Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN)

InSight Surgery Center is a patient‑centered ambulatory surgery center focused on delivering safe, efficient, and compassionate surgical care. Our team is committed to excellence and the highest standards of perioperative practice.

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to join our high‑performing ambulatory surgery team. This role provides safe, patient‑centered care before and after surgical procedures in a fast‑paced, supportive environment. Join our surgical team.

This role is responsible for providing safe, high‑quality nursing care to patients throughout the perioperative episode in a fast‑paced ASC environment.

• Promote and uphold the mission, vision, and values of SCA
• Assess and evaluate patient status throughout the perioperative episode
• Circulate for a variety of surgical procedures
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and OR staff
• Participate as a key member of the multidisciplinary team in planning and delivering perioperative care
• Ensure patient safety, maintain sterile technique, and follow all OR protocols
• Provide accurate and timely documentation

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• One year of OR and/or medical‑surgical nursing experience preferred
• Current, active state RN licensure in good standing
• BLS certification required (or obtained within 90 days of hire)
• ACLS certification required (or obtained within 90 days of hire)
• PALS certification required if pediatric patients are part of the facility’s scope of care (or obtained within 90 days of hire)
• CNOR or other perioperative specialty certification preferred
