Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (exempt position).

Salary Estimate: $71,947.20 – $ per year.

We are seeking an Adult Oncology Nurse Navigator to advocate for cancer patients from diagnosis through the end of active treatment. The role involves building relationships with patients, physicians, and cross‑facility teams to ensure the patient remains compliant with the treatment plan.

• Serve as a liaison between patients/families and multidisciplinary healthcare providers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Act as a patient advocate from diagnosis to end of active treatment.
• Assess patients’ medical, social, and psychosocial needs/barriers to care and link them to appropriate resources.
• Provide teaching, outreach, and support to patients and families so they are empowered to manage their healthcare needs.
• Conduct follow‑up conversations and communicate concerns or changes to the appropriate physician or care provider.

• Three to five years of oncology nursing experience.
• Preferred experience in program development.
• Preferred experience as a nurse navigator and/or patient educator in oncology.
• Preferred experience in leadership and customer service.

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (required).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred).

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCL) certification.
• Current RN license.
• Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) achieved or in progress (preferred).
