RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator PCU – HCA HealthONE
Hourly Wage Estimate: $40.15 - $58.58 per hour.
Hourly wage estimate reflects typical range for candidates hired in this role.

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) delivers high‑quality, patient‑centered care and coordinates all unit functions. In partnership with management, the CNC monitors and evaluates nursing care against established policies and serves as a resource for staff to support an unparalleled patient experience.
Responsibilities- Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care.
- Assist with admission and discharge processes.
- Partner with subject matter experts and leadership to improve outcomes and service.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
- Assist with staff scheduling.
- RN experience in acute hospital Progressive Care / Step‑down / Telemetry (preferred).
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS).
- Registered Nurse licensure in Colorado or multi‑state license.
- Associate Degree in Nursing.
