Hourly Wage Estimate: $36.50 - $53.25 / hour.
Sign-on Bonus: $5,000-$10,000 for selected units (subject to relocation eligibility).

Job Summary And QualificationsThe HCA Nurse Residency Program will provide you with a formalized series of learning experiences, including:
- Advanced clinical training in a specialty area.
- Monthly educational sessions.
- Preceptorship training with a facility preceptor.
- Simulation‑based measurement and evaluation of skills.
- Mentoring from experienced nurse leaders.
- Collaborative evidence‑based practice project.

Med Tele - Surgical Oncology

- Assess patient condition during admission and each shift, reporting any changes.
- Perform procedures, monitoring, and other functions as ordered; document care in the patient medical record promptly.
- Administer prescribed medications, monitor therapeutic response, and intervene as necessary.
- Provide exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests and anticipating needs.
- Teach patients, families, and caregivers about condition, treatment plan, medications, and follow‑up, translating complex terminology.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of employment.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 1 year of employment.
- Other certifications may be required during employment.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the state.
- No previous experience required.
- Some travel may be needed for training.
