• As a Lead Recruiter you balance proven ability to build and run a desk with developing and growing a team below you, leading that team to meet and exceed targets.
• Develop new business opportunities and cross‑selling opportunities across specialisms and locations.
• Implement effective approaches and sales techniques to generate new business relationships and manage each process efficiently.
• Identify and approach candidates, both active and passive, managing the process from initial conversation to closing the candidate on offers.
• Establish a network of candidates and clients to create long‑lasting relationships and generate other business opportunities.

• Experience working in a recruitment/staffing agency.
• Proven experience generating new business, client relationship management, candidate sourcing, candidate management, negotiations and closing deals.
• Enjoy working in a close‑knit team, positive mindset, work hard play hard mentality.

• Base salary plus uncapped commission structure with no draws/thresholds.
