This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist located in Denver, CO. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and providing hands‑on therapy to address pain and improve mobility. Responsibilities include guiding patients through rehabilitation programs, monitoring their progress, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.

• Proficiency in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation practices
• Commitment to holistic care
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or MS in PT and state licensure in Colorado
• Interest or experience in vestibular rehab and/or pelvic floor is a plus
