Hourly Wage Estimate: $29.72 – $46.60 / hour

***$15,000 Sign on Bonus Available***

We are seeking a Surgical Technician Lead to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. You will be an expert with specialized skills in at least one service line. You will demonstrate leadership qualities and display appropriate judgement and problem solving skills.

• Experienced in all aspects of aseptic technique, setting up the required equipment and sterile supplies as needed for their assigned cases, pulling cases as needed, and breaking down cases at the end of the procedure.
• Knowledgeable regarding instrumentation, equipment and supply needs for all types of surgical procedures.
• Perform delegated duties consistent with your scope of practice and functions within the overall plan of care delivery.
• Rotate to areas other than your assigned service area/s and perform only those duties for which you have demonstrated competency.
• Additional responsibilities of orienting/onboarding new employees and overseeing shift operations with schedules, assignments and coordination of resources.

• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required.
• Graduation from an accredited program for Operating Room Technicians.
• Registration as a Surgical Tech by Colorado Division of Registration (DORA) required.
• Current CST Certification from NBSTSA preferred.
• One (1) year minimum experience. Advanced knowledge in the scrub role and responsibilities for multiple surgical specialties preferred.
• Vocational School Graduate.
