Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Tax Clerk - Fiduciary Tax Department to join their team. As a Tax Clerk, you will be an essential part of the Fiduciary Tax Department supporting trust account management and tax compliance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to accuracy, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range:$20
What's the Job?
- Assist fiduciary tax professionals with administrative tasks related to trust tax compliance
- Gather, organize, and maintain data for fiduciary income tax filings such as Form 1041 and related state filings
- Coordinate information requests between internal teams, trust officers, and external tax vendors
- Manage incoming tax-related mail, including notices and documents, ensuring proper logging and storage
- Support the preparation and processing of routine tax forms and supporting documentation
What's Needed?
- 1-3 years of administrative, tax, accounting, or financial services experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in document management
