Position OverviewKiewit Infrastructure Engineers (KIE) has an immediate opening for a Design Engineering Manager to support our United States Virgin Islands (USVI) infrastructure program. This position will be based in our Lone Tree, CO office and will support USVI projects remotely, with periodic travel to the USVI as business needs require
. Relocation to the USVI is not required.
The ideal candidate is a mid-level design leader that meets the "Qualitifications" below and has strong technical and coordination experience who is ready to take on increasing responsibility within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary infrastructure environment. The selected individual will support design management efforts during criteria development, preliminary design, final design, and construction support phases.
You will be part of a multi-disciplinary engineering and design management team supporting alternative delivery infrastructure projects (e.g., design-build, progressive design-build, alliance, P3). KIE is a cutting-edge division of Kiewit that integrates engineering and construction expertise to improve schedule performance, control costs, and minimize risk. Through Kiewit’s fully integrated design and construction approach, our teams collaborate closely with estimators and builders to deliver innovative, constructible, and safety-focused solutions.
As an in-house resource, KIE supports projects across the company, sharing best practices and technical excellence nationwide.

LocationThis position is based out of our Lone Tree, CO office; maybe eligible for relocation assistance if it's more than 100 miles from the Lone Tree CO area. This role requires on-site presence and is not eligible for remote work
