Data Analyst, Business Systems/ Tech Analyst
Kiewit Supply Network specializes in providing comprehensive procurement services to clients across the construction and engineering industries in multiple markets, including transportation; water/wastewater; power; oil, gas and chemical; building and mining. LocationThis position will be full-time in our regional Kiewit office in Lone Tree, CO.
Responsibilities- Best-in-class solutions
– Delivering analytical solutions to the business, understanding business challenges, and deducing opportunities for analytics solutions. - Communication and Presentation
– Guiding requirement gathering conversations with stakeholders, explaining analysis results, training stakeholders, and conveying how solutions meet business needs. - Change Management – Championing and leading organizational change, learning, demoing, training, and supporting new processes and technologies.
- Requirements Gathering and Definition – Soliciting requirements, identifying a desired future state, and articulating requirements to advance business objectives.
- Data Analysis
– Leveraging data to make strategic recommendations, analyzing data relationships, gaps, and potential outcomes. - Data Collection
– Developing a deep understanding of core applications, understanding data capture, and participating in the development of future solutions.
- Prior experience leveraging data to solve business problems.
- 3+ years’ work experience in data analysis, procurement process, or systems analysis.
- Prior experience in supply chain or construction roles.
- Experience analyzing structured and un-structured datasets.
- Experience deploying supply chain technologies and monitoring effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Analytics, or related field.
- Ability to lead others and ensure high-quality project completion.
- Database querying (SQL for MS SQL Server).
- Data visualization experience (Tableau, Power BI).
- Data lineage tracing and ETL processes.
- Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel functions.
- SAP ERP experience.
- A deep desire to add business value.

- High business acumen.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
