Location

This position is based in our Lone Tree, CO office.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for the operations support team, district employees, and management.
  • Create, edit, and format documents such as organizational charts, memos, and correspondence.
  • Arrange and coordinate travel reservations for senior management, new hires, and interns.
  • Complete and submit expense reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff and department members to foster a positive and productive work environment. Support cross-functional teamwork and contribute to a cohesive team dynamic.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of standard software/technology.
Qualifications
  • 1+ year(s) of experience as an administrative assistant or similar support role.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Visio.
  • Working knowledge of Concur Travel and Expense or similar software.
  • Experience with Bluebeam or FoxIT PDF editors, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Smartsheet a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Regular, reliable attendance.
  • Detail-oriented and ability to think independently.
  • Perform administrative tasks.
  • Prioritize work to meet deadlines.
  • Remain flexible when dealing with changing requirements.
  • Problem-solve and make decisions to proactively resolve issues.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
