Location
This position is based in our Lone Tree, CO office.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support for the operations support team, district employees, and management.
- Create, edit, and format documents such as organizational charts, memos, and correspondence.
- Arrange and coordinate travel reservations for senior management, new hires, and interns.
- Complete and submit expense reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff and department members to foster a positive and productive work environment. Support cross-functional teamwork and contribute to a cohesive team dynamic.
- Maintain a working knowledge of standard software/technology.
- 1+ year(s) of experience as an administrative assistant or similar support role.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Visio.
- Working knowledge of Concur Travel and Expense or similar software.
- Experience with Bluebeam or FoxIT PDF editors, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Smartsheet a plus.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Regular, reliable attendance.
- Detail-oriented and ability to think independently.
- Perform administrative tasks.
