You'll work a stable 4/10s schedule (Monday-Thursday, 5:30 AM start), gaining valuable industry experience in a supportive and collaborative environment.
[Responsibilities]
- Perform routine electronic and electro-mechanical assembly operations using skilled hand techniques and automated production equipment.
- Interpret technical specifications, blueprints, and assembly documents to ensure precise builds.
- Execute component installation, wiring, hand soldering, and cable harnessing on assembly units.
- Set up and adjust equipment, adhering to strict tolerances and blueprint requirements.
- Follow established processes and procedures, escalating issues for prompt resolution.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, supporting team goals and operational targets.
- Clearly communicate with team members to exchange information and resolve routine questions.
[Required Skills and Experience]
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 0-3 years of relevant experience in assembly, manufacturing, or related fields.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Basic understanding of hand tools and assembly processes.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
