This is a full-time, hands-on position located in Londonderry, NH. The Manufacturing Production Supervisor will oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and alignment with company goals. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, coordinating production planning, supervising team members, and maintaining clear communication with staff to meet production targets and uphold safety standards. The supervisor will also assist in resolving production issues and implementing improvements for operational success.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and alignment with company goals.
- Manage production schedules and coordinate production planning to balance workloads and meet targets.
- Supervise team members and maintain clear communication with staff to meet production targets and uphold safety standards.
- Assist in resolving production issues and implementing improvements for operational success.
- Proven supervisory skills, including the ability to lead, mentor, and manage a production team effectively - at least 2 years of a leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in production schedules and planning to balance workloads and prioritize tasks.
- Strong communication skills for clear coordination across departments and within the team.
- Knowledge and experience in production management and manufacturing workflows.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability to address operational challenges.
- Understanding of workplace safety standards and ability to enforce compliance.
- Ability to communicate with and understand Spanish speaking employees.
