We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for effective production, continuous improvement, and new product development within RF Microwave and SMT manufacturing work cells.

The successful candidate will be able to communicate with all levels of the organization in addition to demonstrating a strong level of commitment toward delivering consistent, timely results.

As a Manufacturing Engineer (Automation), you would be excepted to:

  • Provide technical support to the factory floor by offering expertise, guidance, and hands‑on assistance in problem analysis and resolution for operators and technicians.
  • Assist in the launch and ramp‑up of products into higher‑volume production by developing documentation, work instructions, and training materials.
  • Document technical issues, conduct root cause analyses, generate detailed reports, and communicate findings to cross‑functional teams.
  • Support manufacturing operations through the creation and revision of Solid Works documentation, including drawings and visual aids.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance product quality, improve processes, or reduce costs by applying knowledge of manufacturing methods, tooling, equipment, quality standards, and materials.
  • Develop and refine assembly processes to support new product introductions (NPI).
  • Integrate new methods, tools, and processes to optimize existing operations.
  • Assist in the layout, installation, and integration of manufacturing equipment and processes.
  • Contribute to the preparation of manufacturing proposals and cost estimates for new products, including tooling and resource requirements.
  • Perform hands‑on troubleshooting and continuous improvement of equipment and processes

We are looking for someone who:

  • BS Degree or equivalent related experience in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, including written and phone communication
  • Knowledge of microelectronic manufacturing services and/or Semiconductor products preferred
  • Proficient in the use of business software – MS Office
  • Proficient in the use of CAD software – Solid Works
  • Highly motivated, with positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Must be a self‑starter able to work with a minimum of supervision.
  • Sound analytical and problem‑solving skills, with an emphasis on a “hands on” approach.
  • Wire bond process technology: 5 years
  • Semiconductor assembly: 5 years
  • Wire bond or die attach: 5 years
