Lead Production Associate 1st Shift

Job Description JOB DETAILS

Base pay starts at $20.00 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Thursday, overtime as designated

• Safely lead the activities of team members in the production of quality products
• Guarantee and maintain a safe work environment
• Assist in training and coaching of new employees
• Ensure onboarding and training requirements for new employees are met
• Maintain open communication in motivating employees to meet quality and productivity goals
• Utilize problem solving techniques, team building strategies and process improvement tools to meet or exceed goals and objectives
• Know and understand all operations within the assigned area
• Be approachable for employee questions and concerns at all times
• Assume production responsibilities of Team Lead in his/her absence
• Other related duties as assigned

• Hands‑on leader and role model with high integrity and positive influence
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong leadership, organizational, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
• Excellent track record driving employee engagement
• Computer literate – proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel and Word, SAP preferred
• Dedication to quality in all aspects of the job
• Bi‑lingual a plus

• Must be able to bend, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
