MCS Group is seeking a driven Recruitment Resourcer to support our high-performing technology division in Belfast. You'll play a key role in sourcing top technical talent for our specialist consultants, gaining deep exposure to the tech market, and developing the skills needed to progress into a full 360 Recruitment Consultant role.

This position is perfect for someone who is highly motivated, enjoys working with people, and wants a clear pathway into a client-facing, commercially focused recruitment career.

• Talent sourcing & engagement: identifying, attracting and engaging high-quality candidates, conducting initial screening calls to assess suitability
• Candidate experience: guiding candidates through each stage of the recruitment journey and maintaining regular communication

• Career progression: a structured pathway from Resourcer to 360 Recruitment Consultant, where you will then be responsible for client engagement and managing your own recruitment desk
