JOB SUMMARYIMS needs an ambitious, detail-oriented Financial Analyst who is comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position partners closely with operations, supply chain and leadership to ensure the business maintains strong financial discipline and continues to scale effectively.
Key responsibilities- Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A): Develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long‑range financial plans. Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance and support strategic initiatives. Analyze variances between actual results and budget/forecast; provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Reporting and Analytics: Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and KPI dashboards. Track operational metrics such as Segment P&L, Key Balance Sheet metrics and cash needs. Provide ad‑hoc analysis to support pricing decisions, margin improvement, and customer profitability.
- Internal Controls and Compliance: Support month‑end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations. Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and audit requirements.
- Cash Forecasting: Develop models for forecasting company cash, both long-term using Balance Sheet changes, and short-term focusing on receipts and disbursements.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to both financial and non‑financial stakeholders.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Net Suite, Infor Syte Line).
- Comfortable with MS Office Tools, and exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
