Overview
SITECH Northeast, a sister company of Milton CAT, isseekinga highly organized and customer-focused Operations Scheduler to join our growing team. This role is critical toensurethe smooth coordination of service calls and installations across our territory, which includes ME, NH, VT, RI, MA, and Upstate NY.This position plays a key role inoptimizingtechnicianutilization, minimizing service delays, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Location:This position is based on-site at our Londonderry,NH location.
Hours:Monday – Friday7:00am - 5:00pmwith 1-Hour Lunch
Pay Range:$26.50–$31.50per hour depending on experience

- Manage the schedule board and assign technicians to service calls and installations.
- Balance labor across service and installation work based on territory needs.
- Monitor and resolve scheduling conflicts tomaintainshort lead times.
- Serve as the primary contact for techniciansregardingscheduling and timing during working hours.
- Ensure all service calls and schedulable installs are booked promptly.
- Work closely with Sales Coordinators and customers to ensureaccuratescheduling and service expectations.
- Provide cross-coverage for Process Coordinator role during vacations or peak workload periods.
- Communicate with customers to gather necessary details, including purchase order or COD information.
- Process credit card payments when applicable.
- Handle the majority of customer and internal calls related to scheduling.
- Monitor CSR closurereadiness, with the expectation of closing
CSR’swithin
10 days. - Monitor technician productivity and CSR closure rates to meet service delivery goals.
- High school diploma or (GED) equivalent, with college or trade school preferred.
- Proficient in the use ofa computer and related software (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and be detailed oriented witha high levelof accuracy.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to perform duties with a sense of urgency, exceeding customer expectations.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Must be able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced service environment.
