Warehouse Operative - FLT Focus

Salary: £13 per hour

Working Hours:

35 hours per week, 8am - 4pm

Break: 1 hour unpaid break

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative with FLT experience/licence to join a busy and well-organised warehouse operation.

This is a hands‑on role, primarily focused on picking & packing and material sizing
, within a clean, structured warehouse environment.

• Picking and packing materials accurately
• Measuring and sizing materials to specification
• Operating a forklift truck (training/refresher provided)
• Assisting with goods in and dispatch
• Manual paperwork processing (no scanners used)
• General warehouse duties and housekeeping

• Two main warehouse sections
• Up to 6 lorry deliveries per day
• Organised and structured workflow
• Manual documentation-based processes

• Valid FLT licence (essential)
• Warehouse experience preferred
• Comfortable with manual paperwork
• Good attention to detail
• Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
