Key Responsibilities
- Manual Unloading:
Physically offloading boxes and palletized goods from shipping containers. - Sorting & Stacking:
Organizing products by SKU and ensuring they are stacked securely on pallets. - Safety Adherence:
Maintaining a clean workspace and following all safety protocols to prevent injury. - Teamwork:
Coordinating with the warehouse lead to hit offloading deadlines.
- Physical Stamina:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout a shift. - Reliability:
Punctuality is critical, as container schedules are time-sensitive. - Work Ethic: A 'get-it-done' attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience:
Previous warehouse or manual labor experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right person.
