Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 08:00 – 17:00 (Overtime available)

Complex Recruitment is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join a well-established distribution centre in the Hayes (UB3) area. This role offers stable, long-term employment within a fast-paced logistics and parcel distribution environment.

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual with at least 1 year of experience in a similar warehouse role, confident in picking and packing parcels, using handheld scanners, and working with warehouse computer systems to support daily operations and ensure timely dispatch.

• Picking and packing parcels accurately according to order lists
• Sorting, labeling, and organizing parcels within the warehouse
• Using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Loading and unloading parcels from pallets and cages
• Ensuring all orders are checked, scanned, and prepared for dispatch
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area in line with Health & Safety standards

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar warehouse or logistics role
• Proven experience in picking and packing parcels
• Confident using handheld scanners and basic computer systems
• Good level of physical fitness and ability to handle manual tasks
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
